    Mental wellbeing can be improved in many different ways, and everyone has their own coping strategies. Personally, I find listening to music and going for walks helpful when I feel stressed. I’d love to hear what activities or habits help others feel better mentally and emotionally.

    Exercise has helped me a lot, even simple home workouts. It improves my mood and helps reduce stress.
